Salmeri Insurance was created out of the desire to have control over how our clients are treated and taken care of.  We approach insurance with the philosophy that we are not only helping to protect your things (Car, Home, Boat, etc...,) but we are protecting your future.  Most people look at insurance and think, "My car can get fixed if I get in an accident."  That is true, and very important, but it is so much more than that. What insurance really does is it protects you from the unforeseen.  The "what-ifs."  
We take an approach where we explain not only what you are covered for and how much, but WHY.  The WHY is what so many agents and companies leave out, and without understanding the WHY, you can end up in a lot of trouble if the unforeseen happens.

Meet the Team

Tyler Salmeri

Agent

Tyler is from Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin originally but now lives in Reedsville, Wisconsin.  With a passion for all Wisconsin sports, you can find him at a sporting event, in front of the TV on the weekend cheering on his teams.  He attended Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin where he played football for the Red Men (now the Firebirds.)  That love of playing football has turned into a love of coaching.  Tyler has coached football, track, and wrestling for various schools in the past and is looking to get back to coaching in the near future.  Tyler is very passionate and dedicated in everything he does, which makes him a great agent and resource for your insurance needs.

Pepper

Chief Barking/Napping/HR/PR/Marketing Officer

While Tyler does all the dirty work, Pepper runs the office.  She adds her flair (fur) everywhere in the office, just so that people know who the boss is.  She is always available to take care of any problems the office might have (when she is not napping) and helps keep the office atmosphere light and welcoming.  You may hear her in the background of phone calls nagging Tyler, making sure he is doing things right, or out at events representing the agency and bringing in more clients than Tyler ever could.  She really is the heart and soul of Salmeri Insurance and is always available for a 1 on 1 consultation whenever needed.
